  "content": "<p>Hi, \nWe would like to use this dataset for a one day modelling training event. The event will only be open to our companies employees and data will be deleted after the event. Note that there are no commercial gains from using the data in the event (it is completely free). My understanding is that the terms of service for this competition prohibits the use of the data outside this competition. Is there a process we could follow to get permission to use the data for the event? This is quite urgent so a timely response would be appreciated.</p>\n\n<p>Kind regards\nTinus</p>",
