  "content": "<p>I am new and it's my first time to join a competition in Kaggle. I have some questions about the PB leaderboard:</p>\n\n<p>1、I notice there is a columns \"Last\" in PB leaderboard,  does it make a difference to your final score or ranking if it is 30 days or 1 hour? Or, simply, it is just a number ?</p>\n\n<p>2、Will the PB leaderboard become more \"unstable\"  as it comes close to the submission deadline since everyone tries harder to get better score before deadline？</p>",

I see it might get used only if there is lot of competitors having same score.</li>\n<li>Generally,  All the time the LB will be changing as when competitors joins and predicts better results. I saw my position getting down by 2 or 3 % every other day and then i submitted better predictions and then again i was back in top 20%.. so it all depends on the people participation. </li>\n</ol>",
