"content": "<p>Firstly, I am delighted to find this new prize for 'best notebook' along with the regular 1st, 2nd &amp; 3rd prizes.</p>\n<p>I understand the criteria of the notebook being public, reproducible &amp; open-source. What I wanted to understand is a basic idea of how these notebooks might be judged?</p>\n<p>For example, is it okay if the notebook contains <strong>general</strong> analyses/insights about the dataset or about football matches/teams? Or does the notebook have to be related to the intention of predicting match outcomes - like feature engineering to create new features or using new neural network models, etc.?</p>\n<p>Basically, are there any restrictions on the objective/content of notebooks which can win this prize (as long as it is based on the provided dataset)?</p>\n<p>Thanks in advance!</p>",

What I wanted to understand is a basic idea of how these notebooks might be judged?\n\nFor example, is it okay if the notebook contains **general** analyses/insights about the dataset or about football matches/teams? Or does the notebook have to be related to the intention of predicting match outcomes - like feature engineering to create new features or using new neural network models, etc.?\n\nBasically, are there any restrictions on the objective/content of notebooks which can win this prize (as long as it is based on the provided dataset)?\n\nThanks in advance!",
