As the organizers have mentioned in the data description section:</p>\n<p><code>Furthermore, the public leaderboard targets are publicly available and are provided as part of the competition dataset. Expect to see many people submitting perfect submissions for fun.</code></p>\n<p><em>Do not fall for the public leaderboard ranking or even scores.</em> Aim is to create model(s) robust to noisy time-series data. Public targets would be really helpful in validating and possibly making our models adversarially robust. All the best folks!</p>",
