  "content": "<p>Hello, I'm new to Kaggle.</p>\n<p>According to the submission rule \"If 2 submissions are not selected, they will be automatically chosen based on your best submission scores on the public leaderboard\", two high-scoring Notebooks should be automatically chosen. <br>\nBut I don't see any Notebooks in the \"Selected\" column.</p>\n<p>Was there manual selection and no Notebooks were selected for this competition ?</p>",
