  "content": "<p>I love impressionism and I always wanted to go deep into GANs so this is perfect opportunity for me to play.</p>\n<p>However I see in description lots about TPU - do we have to use TPU to be reach leaderboard or can we use GPU? Of course I am worried about TPU kernels limit.</p>\n<p>Another question - can we use PyTorch or do we have to use Tensorflow?</p>",
