The evaluation metric for Sabermetrics is the RMSE.
Submission Format
Submission files should contain two columns: Row and Obama_margin_percent. The Row should correspond to the index for the original prediction row from Obama.csv (starting at 1737 and going to 2867), and the Obama_margin_percent should be the predicted percent margin for Obama in decimal notation (i.e. your file should contain .02 for a 2% expected margin). The submission file should be a CSV file.
The file should contain a header and have the following format:
