  "content": "<p>I did not enter the competition when it was held but would like to access the data now. However, whenever I start a new kernel or download the data, it asks me to accept the rules of the competition. Hitting \"I Agree\" just returns the following error message.</p>\n\n<blockquote>\n  <p>New entrants are currently prohibited. You must wait until after the deadline (0 seconds) to download the data or submit.</p>\n</blockquote>\n\n<p>Did mess up by not joining the competition earlier?</p>\n\n<p>Thanks in advance for any help!</p>",
