  "content": "<p>I just realised that, kernels used for submission must not access to internet. \nI have used TensorFlow2 for my code and used <code>!pip install -q tensorflow-gpu==2.0.0-beta1</code> in one of my cell.</p>\n\n<p>Do I need to rewrite the code in TF1 or Torch ? Is there any alternative way to access TF2 without using internet ?</p>",
