"content": "
Dear Organizers, I have a few questions about report submission and the final ranking of the contest.
\nFirstly, I noticed that you said that all the contestants who have participated in this contest can submit a report, I would like to ask how many reports will be accepted in the end?
\nSecond, you mentioned that only those who submitted a report will be included in the rankings, I would like to ask how the report and rankings scores are weighted, or is it one set of scores for the report and one set of scores for the rankings.
\nLastly, as a first time participant in this tournament, I would like to ask how the awards and rankings are set up for this tournament, something like FINALIST, WINNER or something else?
",

Reviewers are advised to focus primarily on reproducibility. However, if you have an interesting novelty, you will greatly increase your chances. Usually, the acceptance rate is high, 60-80%.
\n
About the ranking. We still have to decide with the organization committee what the final process will be. There might be some teams that might be removed from the leaderboard, but I believe that should not be the case for the Top 5.
\n
About the \"awards\". We will give an opportunity (based on technical novelty and ranking) to selected participants to present their work at the CLEF conference. Besides, the top3 teams will receive a certificate. Next, if someone from the top teams is interested in going to the CLEF conference, we are open to partially covering the expenses.
\n
Hope this helps :)
\n
Best,
\nLukas
",
