#Scoring metric

Two scoring metrics will be used in this competition: 
- Probability of observation regarding soil types along depth against the ground truth at testing boreholes.
- Quantified uncertainty (along depth) at testing boreholes.

##Submission Format
A CSV file for each and every testing borehole (i.e., BH-1,3,5,9) is required for assessment.
Note that the uploaded solution and sample submission are for reference only and the participant may design their only file format for showing the quantified uncertainty and accuracy.
We will not use the Kaggle evaluation system for performance evaluation. The evaluation will be performed by the committee members and mainly be based on the submitted 
1) An extended abstract in English with maximum 2 pages of text, and 
2) A file of PowerPoint slides of the major results.
