  "content": "<p>Firstly, the submission need run without internet in kaggle notebook,  Maybe someone need install python libs with \"pip install\", so when you submit your kernel with internet off, you need  pip install your libs with local install method. Chris had gave solution, please see here <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/c/severstal-steel-defect-detection/discussion/113195\">How to Install Without Internet</a></p>\n\n<p>Secondly, when i can submit the submission, it gives an error, \"submission.csv not found\", still struggle with this problem, anyone help?</p>",
