From my perspective, it's not worth the investment. Thanks for sharing though!</p>",

    "916673": "Hello Everyone,\nI came across a dataset of wheat spikes from **BBSRC **strategic longer and larger grant award from four UK based institutes: \nThe dataset was used in the following paper: [Detection and Analysis of Wheat Spikes Using Convolutional Neural Networks](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30459822/)\n[Dataset Link](https://sourceforge.net/projects/spike-dataset/)\n\n*I did not share the dataset on Kaggle because I did not find any notion of license*\nPs. Please refer to @matthewmasters comment on the data quality, the images are not fully annotated, some wheat spikes are left out.",
    "916676": "I've taken a look at this dataset before and honestly the quality is really low. Some images have less than 50% of the wheat heads labelled! Also they are taken from a side-view, not nadir like the GWHD. Nonetheless, maybe it could be helpful if someone is willing to label all the missing wheat heads or can effectively pseudolabel them. From my perspective, it's not worth the investment. Thanks for sharing though!",
    "916683": "Hi @matthewmasters, thanks for your information. I did not have the chance to check the data quality since the authors mentioned that they manually annotated the images. In this case, further preprocessing is needed. I will update the post based on your comment!",
    "916790": "Thanks for sharing. I wonder if we are allowed to use that dataset or not?",
    "916861": "Can we use external data in this competition?",
    "916867": "From the rules:\n&gt; C. External Data. You may use data other than the Competition Data (“External Data”) to develop and test your models and Submissions. However, you will (i) ensure the External Data is available to use by all participants of the competition for purposes of the competition at no cost to the other participants and (ii) post such access to the External Data for the participants to the official competition forum prior to the Entry Deadline.\n\nSo yes, but you must share it here and it must be compatible with the desired MIT license of your submission.",
    "917316": "Yes if it complies with the MIT licence.",
    "919753": "So is this dataset allowed? Is the MIT or whatever?",
    "919763": "It is unclear as no license is provided. Personally I would err on the side of caution and try and get a hold of the authors if you intend on using it but of course it's on you to make that decision",
    "919767": "Dude who cares man. @bendvd can we use this dataset do you know? thanks.",
    "919773": "How could he possibly tell you if it meets the open source requirement if there is no license included? The responsibility is on you to determine that.",
    "919778": "ok whatever man",
    "919779": "You're free to do whatever you want. I was simply providing my opinion and trying to help you. Just don't come complaining if you're disqualified for using unlicensed data... [it's happened before](https://www.kaggle.com/c/deepfake-detection-challenge/discussion/157983)",
