  "content": "<p>As confirmed by Kaggle Team the winning solution should fit the MIT License (<a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/c/global-wheat-detection/discussion/164818#919085\">Here </a>or <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/c/global-wheat-detection/discussion/163433\">Here</a> or <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/c/global-wheat-detection/discussion/164845\">Here</a>) </p>\n\n<p>Assuming that almost most of the high ranked solutions are using a not fitting solution to the MIT Licencse. </p>\n\n<p>Will this rule affect the private leaderboard or it will only affect the prize winning solutions. </p>\n\n<p>In other words assuming the best solution that fits the MIT License is 80th in the Leaderboard will it remain the 80th?  </p>\n\n<p>Any thoughts?</p>",
