  "content": "<p>We are hearing lot of discussions around compliance rules and licensing.Being a noob kaggler trying to learn and perform CV problem,I am still confused which model to go for in perspective of this competition?</p>\n\n<p>I am trying to differentiate compliance and non compliance models that fits this competition rules:</p>\n\n<p><strong>Compliance</strong> - EfficientDet, FasterRCNN\n<strong>Non Compliance</strong> - YoloV5 ,torchvision</p>\n\n<p>I would like to know what else can apt under these two categories.I am exploring around here.</p>",
