  "content": "<p>Hi, I have been using yolov4 with only WBF/TTA, no PL or OOF, and I just got 0.7115. I am wondering if it is a viable route to do PL and OOF, and does it give good scores? Or would I be better off switching to effdet, though there isn't much time? Thanks guys!</p>",

I'm honestly not sure where to even begin tuning and I don't have many GPU hours. I only changed the filters to 18 and the classes to 1 and resolution to 704. Thanks so much.</p>",
