We provide a list of proteins given as amino acid sequences, and a list of glycans  and similar molecules as a list of SMILES strings (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simplified_Molecular_Input_Line_Entry_System ).

We also provide a table of protein-molecule pairs with a protein concentration and a fraction bound parameter which characterizes the binding between the protein and the molecule.  Stronger binding is associated with greater fractions bound.

Models will predict values for a similar table.
