Participants must use DDM images and observation parameters to complete two tasks:

**Task 1: Ocean Oil Spill Detection (Classification)**

Determine whether the sea surface corresponding to the given DDM image contains an oil spill:

oil_exist = 0 (no oil)
oil_exist = 1 (oil present)

**Task 2: Oil Film Thickness Estimation (Regression)**

If an oil spill is detected, further predict the oil film thickness (unit: mm):

**Range: 0–5 mm
Thickness is 0 when no oil is present.**

This competition adopts a joint classification–regression framework to better reflect real-world application scenarios.
