"content": "
It's my first to anticipate in this competition. I have already known that we receive all of datasets including regular games, ranking system, etc... after 3/25. What I wanna know is that our purpose is to predict the tourney games in 2020. Does it contains the second tourney compacts ? In addition, as i search for the date of the beginning of the playoffs which is on 3/17~3/18, but our last time submission in on 3/19. Will it cause any problem? Or something wrong I misunderstand?
\n\n
Sorry about so many questions, because of my poor eng level.
\n\n
By the way, we won’t know the H/A/N location for the tourney prediction. Is that right?
",

      "content": "
You do not need to predict the outcomes of Secondary Tourney games in Stage 2. We provided historical data for Secondary Tourney games in order to give you more late-season games to train your model against. In the scoring of the contest for Stage 2, you will only be scored on the final 63 games of the tournament. There are a few games played on 3/17 and 3/18, that will reduce the tournament teams from 68 down to 64, but it's okay because those games are not scored. Only the games starting on 3/19, when there are 64 teams remaining, will be scored. When we release stage 2 data on 3/15 or 3/16, it will include the listing of the 68 NCAA tourney teams for 2020, and your stage 2 submission file will need to predict all possible outcomes of games among those 68 teams. You can make perfect predictions for those four games on 3/17 or 3/18, but it won't affect your evaluation score, because those games are ignored.
",
