"content": "
Hi @jeffsonas ,
\n\n
I've been looking back through my code for this competition each year, and I noticed a file from 2017 called TourneyGeog.csv. It looks like you provided this data in both 2016 and 2017:
\n\n
https://www.kaggle.com/c/march-machine-learning-mania-2016/forums/t/18895/additional-data-geographic-coordinates-teams-and-tourney-sites
\n\n
https://www.kaggle.com/c/march-machine-learning-mania-2017/discussion/28375
\n\n
But I don't see this data in 2018, 2019, or 2020.
\n\n
It seems to have been replaced by GameCities.csv and Cities.csv.
\n\n
However, GameCities.csv doesn't include the \"to be played\" tournament games. (e.g for stage 2 this year it has the 2019 NCAA tournament, and 2020 regular season, but no 2020 NCAA tournament).
\n\n
TourneyGeog.csv was useful because it mapped the tournament slots to their locations, and this information doesn't seem to be in any of the 2018/2019/2020 data files— could you provide a file like that for 2021 when we get there?
\n\n
Thanks,
\n\n
Zach
",
