"content": "
I created an interactive visualization for anyone to use and explore the data (see the attached file). Simply put it in the folder with the training data, and start exploring!
\n\n
A few notes:
\n - It works well on firefox and chrome if you allow -allow-file-access-from-files (http://www.chrome-allow-file-access-from-file.com/). I had trouble using it with IE. Please let me know about any other browser issues!
\n - Due to the large datasets, I created an option "Average every nth sample". I have found averaging every 25-40 or so seems to still represent the data well with little impact on speed. You must enter a number for it to work!
\n - Select the main graph to obtain averages for the plots for the selected area, and use the area graph below to zoom in and out.
\n - All of the data is normalized from 0-1. Plots for the dependent variables show when there was a "1" for that sample.
\n\n
If you use it explore, please let me know how it worked for you and if you see any potential improvements!
\n\n
\n
Brandon
\n
",
