Welcome to the second competition of DATA-454 in Spring-2025. In this competition, students and competitors will build regression models to predict a numerical feature.

**Goal:** 

A model will be developed using historical house purchase data from a major city in the USA. This historical data includes standard information about the house, as well as the price for which the house was sold.
